Mary was a hard working woman and only daughter of Matej and Katerina (Dvorak)Cerny.She had 5 brothers. Frank,Michael,Joseph,charles and John. Mary met Anton at the Bohemian National Cemetery when the families used to spend the day at the cemetery fixing graves. They married 11/27/1913 in Chicago. Anton was an only child and his grandmother raised him as his mom died when he was 3. Anton and Mary had 4 children. Edward, Lillian (Krogh)Marie (Nortier)and Charles. They owned a small farm in Brookfield. Gramma worked all day cleaning, cooking, canning,sewing. She never rested. Great Woman.
