Ann was born into a United States Military family. Traveling all over Europe and the States. She graduated from Ider High School in Dekalb County. She had two years at Northeast Jr. State College in Rainsville, Alabama where she was a cheerleader, in the Chorus (1972-1973), Class Favorite her freshman year, she was in the 1972-73 Homecoming Court as the Sophomore attendant, and she won several awards for her poetry. Ann graduated from the University of Alabama with a teaching degree. She taught children with special learning needs. Her parents are Wanda Lou Wilhelm Little and John S. Little of Ider, Alabama. Her grandparents are, Ann Moore Wilhelm and Charles Edward "Chock" Wilhelm of Ider. Herman Sylvester Little and Bonnie Chapman Little of the Cartersville Community at Ider. Her great grandparents are, James Marion Little and Sarah Ann Melinda Gann Little , William Glenn Moore & Mary Elizabeth Voiles Tanner Moore of Ider. Her siblings are, Freda Cheryl Little, Steve Little, Janet Little and Michael Little. (nephews) Robert Patrick Kotz, Steven Michael Little. A niece, Melissa Rene Kotz. Ann Elizabeth Little married Mr. Ira Dawson they had one child together, Miss Amy Elizabeth Dawson. Ann and Amy were killed in a car accident. They are both LOVED and very much MISSED by their family and friends & will forever be remembered. " I often sit and think of you and Amy and think of how you died. To think I couldn't say good-bye before you closed your eyes. Many times I've missed you many times I've cried. If LOVE could have saved you, you never would have died. Your Light Is Still With Me".
