Rex A. Edmundson, age 76, of Pennville, died Friday evening in Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie. He was born in Jay County on October 20, 1933, the son of Harold and Ivory (Garringer) Edmundson. He was retired from Indiana Glass and was a United States Navy veteran.
Surviving are two sons, Rex Edmundson and Gary Edmundson; three daughters, Mrs. Steve (Sheryl) Stockton, Mrs. Weldon (Anita) Hines and Michelle Edmundson; four sisters, Betty Settle, Ruby Allen, Lucile Morgan and Sarah Rarick; nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. in the Baird-Freeman Funeral Home, with Pastor Gene Betts presiding. Burial will follow in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Pennville. Visitation will be Monday from 3:00 - 7:00 p.m.
