Mrs. Marie Lange, 81, Town of Grant, route 2, Marion, died at her home on Sunday, Feruary 24. She had been ill for the past four years.
Mrs. Lange was born July 13, 1881, in the Town of Seneca. She was married to Albert Krueger in 1901. He died in 1919. In 1920 she was married to Gustav Lange and he died that same year. Mrs. Lange had been a member of Zion Lutheran Church, Caroline, since 1901.
Survivors include one daughter and two sons, Marie Krueger, at home, Town of Grant, Adolph Krueger at home, Town of Grant and Albert Krueger, Appleton; 7 grandchildren, 5 greatgrandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock at Zion Lutheran Church, Caroline. The Rev. Harold Kromrey will officiate and interment will be in the Caroline Cemetery. Friends may call at the Uttormark Funeral Home, Marion, after 7 o'clock this evening until noon Wednesday and after that at the church until the time of the service."
