Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, June 10, 2010, at Dawson & Wikoff Funeral Home, Mt. Zion, with Pastor David Catron officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Gilead Cemetery with full military honor provided by the Macon County Honor Guard. Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. till service time at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Scovill Park W.W.II Memorial.
Ron was born November 9, 1950 in Decatur, IL the son of Jesse J. and Frances Jean (Lynch) Ryan. He owned and operated Ron Ryan and Associates. He was a member of Decatur Foursquare Church and a member of the Healing Room Prayer Group. He had served in the US Air Force.
Surviving is his mother: Jean of Decatur, sister: Judy Swearingen of Decatur; Aunt and Uncle: James and Dorothy Ryan of Decatur; special friend: Phil Gallagher of Decatur; and many cousins also survive.
He was preceded in death by his father and his nephew Keith Dwayne Green.
