June L. Degener, nee Werling, 81, of Waterloo, Ill., born June 8, 1929, in Waterloo, Ill., died Sunday, June 20, 2010, in Waterloo, Ill.
Mrs. Degener was a member of St. Paul United Church of Christ in Waterloo, Ill., and was an avid golfer.
June was preceded in death by her husband, Wilbert L. "Wib" Degener; parents, George and Freida K., nee Hoffman, Werling Sr.; brothers, George Werling Jr., and Nelson Werling; and sister, Geraldine Werling Krause
Surviving are her children, Steve (Carol) Degener and Sandy (Mike) Pinson; grandchildren, Andrea Degener, Mark Degener, Brett Degener and Michael Pinson; sister, Marjorie Bottiaux; brother, Jules Werling; and sister-in-law; Helen Werling.

Funeral: Funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Wednesday at the church with Pastor David Gerth officiating. Interment in Kolmer Memorial Cemetery, Waterloo, Ill.
