Services for Noah John Carstens will be held at 10 a.m., Friday, July 2, 2010, at Hineston Tabernacle Church, with Reverend Alfred "Sonny" Murphy and Reverend Gary Johnson officiating. Burial will be at Hemphill Star Cemetery, Boyce under the direction of Hixson Brothers, Alexandria.
Noah John Carstens, 2 month old infant son of Corey and Lisa Brownlee Carstens, went to be with our Lord on Sunday, June 27, 2010, in Bridgeport, Texas. He was born on March 29, 2010, in Bridgeport.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents; Frank Watkins, Jr., Robert H. Brownlee Sr., Lottie A. Brownlee, Earl Liebnow, Elaine Liebnow, and Herbert L. Carstens, Sr.
Those left to cherish his memory include his parents, Corey and Lisa Carstens of Bowie; grandparents, Herbert John and Kathleen Marie Carstens of Bridgeport, Texas, Jim and Elizabeth Brownlee of Hineston; great grandparents, Faye Watkins of Boyce, Fern Carstens of Mitchell, South Dakota; aunt, Dawana Brownlee; uncles, Trenton Brownlee and Chad Carstens; cousins, Zachery, Andrew, Sadee and Miah Carstens, and Abby Stutt and numerous extended family.
