This sixth child of Daniel and Mary Heidt is found on the August 12, 1850 census with Daniel and Mary, and his five other siblings at that time. He is also present on the June 16, 1860 census, living at home with mother Mary, and four of six siblings. The enumerator only used initials on the 60 census and put him as H, for Henry. We cannot the other siblings on the 1870 or later census', and other than Henry and two of his brothers, Elbert and Leonard, it is unknown whether the others married or not.

Henry's marriage record is on file with the Georgia Archives showing Henry T. Heidt marrying Lizzie (Prescott) on March 10, 1875. Henry T. Heidt was found in Orange County Florida in the June 21, 1880 Census, going by his middle name Thomas, with wife Lizzie and a servant. Lizzie's family is in Florida, as well as several grandchildren of his Uncle, Christian Israel Heidt, Jr., who went to Orange County, FL when they left Georgia. Because there is no Census for Henry after 1880, it seems likely he died between June 22, 1880 and 1900, before the 1900 Census.
