MARTIN - Larry Novotny, 74, Martin, died Saturday, July 24, 2010, at his home.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Kay, Martin; two sons, Mark Novotny, Hackensack, Minn., and Carl Joe Novotny, Martin; a daughter, Cindy McMillin, Martin; two brothers, George Novotny and John Novotny, both of Batesland; two sisters, Dorothy Evans, Gordon, Neb., and Dorine Fidge, Bismarck, N.D.; 11 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Rosary services will be at 7:30 p.m. Monday, July 26, at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Martin.
Memorial services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, July 27, at the church, with the Rev. Bryan Sorensen and the Rev. Cal Clifford officiating. Burial will be at Gordon Cemetery in Gordon, Neb. Memorials have been established to Healthwell Foundation, Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, and the Cancer Care Institute in Rapid City. Bennett County Funeral Service is handling the arrangements.
