HANNA -- Ora M. Werner, 92, of 18182 S. County Road 250 W., died at 12:45 p.m. Thursday in Countryside Place nursing home, La Porte, after an illness. Mr. Werner was born Feb. 24, 1893, in Wanatah. On March 8, 1915, in La Porte, he married Clara Doll. She survives with a daughter, Irene Marks of Hanna; two grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; a great-great grandchild; and two sisters, Johanna Duvall of La Porte and Leona Sacks of Wanatah. He was a member of the United Methodist Church.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Sunday at Weaver Funeral Home. Burial will be in Union Mills Cemetery. Friends may call after 1 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
