KENNETH W. JONES, 67, passed away on Sunday, July 25, 2010, at home. Born in Eau Claire, Wis., he was the son of the late Robert and Esther Jones. He was very active in the Rubber Workers Union in Eau Claire, where he served as their vice president and was a member of Navy Club Ship 245, New Haven. He retired in 1998 from B.F. Goodrich after 35 years, after which he was a custodian for Central Lutheran School and St. John's Catholic School. He is survived by his wife of 17 years, Janet (nee, Lampe); daughters, Jill (Paul) Jones of Eau Claire, Wis., Roberta (Tony) Dzimiela of Chetek, Wis. and Paula (John) Hazelton of New Auburn, Wis.; stepdaughter, Linda (Mike) Koeneman of New Haven; brothers, Bob (Karen) Jones of Stevens Point, Wis., Roger (Jane) Jones of Appleton, Wis., Larry Jones and Jeff (Jennifer) Jones, both of Eau Claire, Wis.; and 10 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by sisters, Barbara Jones, Dona Kuehn, and Kathryn Miller. Funeral service is 11 a.m. Thursday at E. Harper & Son Funeral Home, 740 St. Rd. 930 E., New Haven, with calling one hour prior to service. The Rev. David Koeneman officiating. Calling also from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial in Concordia Cemetery Gardens, Fort Wayne.
