S/Sgt. Rager Weds Virginia Kelley at Atterbury Chapel. Mr and Mrs. Mitchell Kelley, 212 North Independence St., Tipton, IN, announce the marriage of their daughter, Virginia Marion, and Staff Sgt. Herbert Charles Rager, son of Mr. and Mrs. Roy Rager, of Blairsville, Pa.

The couple exchanged vows in a double ring ceremony at 3 p.m. Sunday, February 18, in the chapel at Camp Atterbury where the bridegroom is stationed with the 28th division of the Pennsylvania National Guard. Protestant Chaplin J.W. Mc-Connell Officiated.

The bride chose a forest green suit with brown accessories & wore a corsage of yellow roses. Miss Ann of Greenfield, and Cpl. Lute, also stationed at Atterbury with the infantry division, attended the couple.

The bride was graduated' from Tipton high school and has taken nurses training. She is employed in the office of Doctors J. E. Holman, Sr and his son in Indianapolis.

Sgt. Rager is a member of the 110th infantry and served overseas with this famed division during World War II.
