Hazel Harmon Trevena, 83, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Saturday afternoon, April 16, 2005, at the family residence.

She was the daughter of the late Dessie Manis Harmon and Hoyt Harmon. Her husband, Frank K. Trevena; sister, Grace Harmon Hayes, and brother, Joseph Harmon, also preceded her in death.

She was a well-known antique dealer for more than 40 years.

Survivors include her daughter, Carolyn Mowery; son, Bill Trevena, both of Cleveland; grandchildren: Amanda Grace Trevena, Michelle Mowery Survillas, Thomas Allen Mowery, James William Mowery, Jeffrey Kells Mowery, and the Rev. Bryan William Mowery, all of Cleveland; great-granchildren: Alex Mowery, Sarah Miessler, Frank Miessler, Heather Holt, Cayci Mowery, Kirbie Hammons, Katie Edmonson, Johnathan Dale, Channing Mowery and Corey Mowery; sister, Dolores Watson of Cleveland and her brother, Doughlas Harmon of Benton, Tennessee; and several nieces and nephews.

The Remembrance of Life Service will be conducted Tuesday, April 19, 2005, at 4 p.m. from the North Ocoee Chapel of Jim Rush Funeral Homes with the Rev. Bryan Mowery officiating.

Interment will follow in the Hilcrest Memorial Gardens with family serving as pallbearers.

The family request that memorials be made to Bradley Memorial Home Health and Hospice, 2305 Chamblis Avenue N. W., Cleveland, TN 37311.
