She was born at Imperial, Kansas June 23,1888. she died at the home of her twin sister, Mrs. carl Wristen in Dighton, Kansas at 5:00 o'clockP.M. February 18, 1918' being 29 years, 7 months and 22 days.

She grew to womenhood at the home of her parents. She finished common school education and later completed a Life Certificate course at the Kansas State Normal.
She taught school for four years.

On May23 th, 1917 she married Ralph Waldo Graves.

She is survived by her husband and infant son, Wilbur Eugene, her father and mother, twin sister; three brothers, Harry Forest and Plum.

The funeral was held from the church in Sutton township Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 and interment was made in the Sutton Cemetery.

Ralph Waldo Graves was born 24 July 1874 in Wyoming Stark Co., IL, and died 13 June 1942 in Sutton, Lane Co., KS. He married Ethel May Carl 13 May 1917, daughter of Daniel Scott Carl and Susan Mariah Sherlock. She was born 26 June 1888, and died 18 February 1918.
