A native of Valders, WI, Mr. Nass lived in Manlius 41 years. He was a retired machinist with Borden Co., Syracuse, where he was employed more than 34 years.
Mr. Nass was a member and usher at Christ Episcopal Church, Manlius. He was also a member of Borden's 25-Year Club. He was a member and past master of Military Lodge 93 F&AM, Manlius. He was a member and past high priest of the Royal Arch Masons Lodge 72 of Manlius.
Surviving are his wife, Mabel; three sons, Jerry L., Dean R. and Kevin V., all of Manlius; a sister, Viola Hodgins of Racine, WI; four grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Contributions may be made to Manlius Ambulance Fund or Military Lodge 93 of Manlius.
