Funeral services for MSgt. Ralph Saint, US Air Force, Ret. will be 10 A.M. Friday, August 20, 2010 at Hill Crest Memorial Chapel with American Legion Chaplin Carl Barr officiating. Interment with full military rites will be in Hill Crest Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 5-8 P.M. Thursday at Hill Crest Funeral Home.

MSgt. Saint was born August 18, 1913 in Russellville, AL to parents Grace (South) and Wesly E. Saint and passed away Sunday, August 15, 2010 in the Northwest Louisiana War Veterans Home. He was retired from the US Air Force and a veteran of WW II and the Korean War and was awarded the Bronze Star twice and the Soldier's medal, and a long time member of the American Legion and a member of the Baptist Faith.

MSgt. Saint was preceded in death by his parents, wife Mary Helen Saint, son-in-law Charles Spruell, and is survived by one son, Carl Saint of Minden, two daughters, Linda S. Ward and husband Bill, and Carol Spruell all of Doyline, three grandchildren, Timothy Atkins, Rebecca Ward and husband Paul, Andy Burson, and five great granddaughters, Chelsea Ward, Madysen Watchorn, Genevieve Burson, Madison Burson, Andi Burson, numerous nieces and nephews, and loving canine companion, Missy.

Pall Bearers will be Barksdale Air Force Base Honor Guard.
