Lindall R. Rogowski of Hemingford died Monday, Sept. 4, 1995, in Scottsbluff.
He was born Aug. 30, 1913, at Cordova to Henry and Mattie Jensen Rogowski. He moved with his parents to a farm west of Hemingford in 1929.
He married Iola Langston at Hemingford on Oct. 20, 1940.
He farmed, worked as a mechanic, and was an engineer for KDUH-TV when the station was located at Hay Springs. He became chief engineer for KTNE-TV at Angora in 1967, retiring in 1970.
He was a member of the United Methodist Church, Amateur Radio Club, and Angora Katz band, and had served in several offices with the church.
He is survived by his wife, Iola; son and daughter-in-law, Dr. Ron Rogowski and Dr. Karin Best of Brookline, Mass.; daughter and son-in-law, Sharyn and Dr. Arden Wohlers of Scottsbluff; three grandchildren, Travis, Carrie, and Blake Wohlers; brother and sisters-in-law, Ervin and Elsie Rogowski of Hemingford, and Leona Rogowski of Gering; six nieces and five nephews.
He was preceded in death by an infant daughter Linda, his parents and two brothers, Carl and George.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, Sept. 7, at the United Methodist Church in Hemingford.
