John Harvey Hoober In A.C. 45 Years, Dies
John Harvey Hoober, 84 years old, a resident of this city and immediate locality, 45 years died at 10:30 o'clock this morning at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Mary Tanton, 1520 South Sixth street. Mr. Hoober, a retired farmer and gardener, had been ill several years. His home for many years was at 1017 South Sixth street. Mr. Hoober was a native of Down county, Ohio. He and Mrs. Hoober were married 62 years ago in Winnimac, Ind. Surviving relatives are the wife; three daughters, Mrs. Tanton, Mrs. Vera Welter and Miss Elsie Hoober, all of this city; two sons, Joe and Sherman Hoober, both residing in Puyallup, Wash., and two brothers, Gus Hoober, Sharon, KS., and Lewis Hoober, address unknown.
No Funeral arrangements have been made, pending word from the sons. Burial will be in Riverview. The Grant Funeral Home is in charge.

Funeral services for John H. Hoober, who died yesterday morning, will be held at 10:30 o'clock tomorrow morning in the Grant Funeral Home. It was announced today. Rev. Elmer Kirkpatrick will officiate. Burial will be in Riverview cemetery.
