Robert T. Blake, for a number of years a resident of this city, died yesterday morning at Orr, Fremont Township, of consumption, after a long illness. He was well-known as a cook at the Bancroft house, in which capacity he was employed for 12 years until he was forced to resign on account of ill-health. He was 35 years of age. and leaves a wife and one child, 5 years old. His father and one brother, both of this city, also survive.
The remains will, be brought from the farm, where he has lived for the past eight months, to his home, 215 North Sixth street, where funeral services will be held Friday afternoon. Rev. E. A. Elliott, of the Jefferson Avenue M. E. church will officiate.
