J.O. Eggebrecht Dies in Arizona
John Otto Eggebrecht, 62, of Apache Junction, Ariz., and formerly of Vida and Billings, died in a Mesa, Ariz., hospital.
Born in Roscoe, S.D., on Sept. 21, 1903, son of Mr. and Mrs. Otto Eggebrecht, he moved to Vida in 1910. He married Edna Mae Dillon in Minot, N.D., in 1922.
He farmed at Vida until 1945 when he moved to Billings. In 1958 the Eggebrechts went to Apache Junction where he was owner and operator of a trailor court. He retained his farming interests in Vida.
Mr. Eggebrecht was a member of the Wolf Point Elks lodge.
Survivors include the widow; a son, Gene H., of Billings; three daughters, Mrs. Agnes Berndt, Billings, Mrs. Kenneth Magdall of Martinez, Calif., and Mrs. Leonard Suppes of Apache Junction, Ariz.; two brothers, Willie of Washington State, and Herman of Butte; a sister, Mrs. Glen Preuninger, of Bridger.
Funeral services at Trinity Lutheran Church in Wolf Point. Burial in Vida cemetery.
