ALEXANDER PAUL JUHASZ
AGE: 82 BARNEGAT

Alex Juhasz, 82, of Barnegat, passed away peacefully Friday, September 24, 2010 at Southern Ocean County Hospital, surrounded by his loving family and friends.

He was born in Hungary in 1928. He loved to play soccer and helped his college team win a national championship. His love of the game continued in America where he was a referee and youth soccer coach for many years.

In 1956, Alex became a Freedom Fighter who fought courageously for the liberation of Hungary.

In 1957, he found the independence and freedom he sought in his newly adopted and cherished homeland, America.

In America, Alex met and married the love of his life, Jeannette. They shared many mutual hobbies including travel, swimming, gardening and family camping trips with their beloved sons, Sandor and Paul. Simply put, Alex and Jeannette were best friends whose uncompromising love for each other will last for all time.

After his retirement from Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory where he worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer, Alex moved with Jeannette to the Four Seasons Mirage community in Barnegat. There he discovered new hobbies (bowling, bocce ball, Long Beach Island and Atlantic City).

He absolutely loved the eight years he lived there with many wonderful friends and neighbors he called "brothers" and "sisters".
