A Pioneer Farmer of Uehling Passes
William Sommerer was born Jan. 29, 1855, near Jefferson City, Mo., and died Friday morning, Feb. 11, at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Earl Jones.
His wife and six children are left to mourn the loss of their husband and father, also four brothers. Rev. C. L. Hammond, pastor of the Congregation Church, conducted the services.
Mr. Sommerer had for forty-five years helped to build the common wealth of Uehling. Burial occurred in the Oakland Cemetery last Monday. hhw
