GUSTAV H. KRUSE, 84, died Firday at home. The Halle, Germany native lived in Fort Wayne since 1923. He retired as a tool and die maker from General Electric in 1969 after 44 years.
Surviving are his wife, Velma M.; a son, David E. of Fort Wayne; daughters, Karen L. Winger of Los Altos, Calif., and Marlene K. Obst of Tempe, Ariz.; a brother, Ernst Kruse of Halle; a sister, Erna Heuer of Petershagen, Germany; and eight grandchildren.
Services are 11 a.m. tomorrow at Klaehn, Fahl & Melton Funeral Homes, Wayne Street Chapel, 420 W. Wayne St. Calling is 3 to 7 p.m. today and from 10 to 11 a.m. tomorrow.
