George Walter Drabb Sr. 76, of Route 1, Lanesville, IN died Tuesday at Floyd Memorial Hospital in New Albany.

He was a native of Trenton, N.J., a retired employee of the Courier Journal, an Army veteran of World War II and a member of the Veterans of Foreign wars Post in Corydon, IN.

Survivors: his wife, the former Dorothy Barth: two sons, Robert Drabb of Louisville and Walter Drabb Jr.: two brothers, Herbert Drabb of Florida and Thomas drab of Pennsylvania: a sister, Robena Green of Jew Jersey.
, and three grandchildren.

Funeral: 10 a.m. Friday, Mullineaux Funeral Home in New Albany, with burial in the New Albany national Cemetery. Visitation from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
