Eschbach Rd. Woman Dies In New England

Mrs. Leuschel Passed Away Last Night in Boston

Mrs. Adrian Leuschel, 53, nee Julia Gleixner of Eschbach Road, died at 7:30 last night in the New England Baptist Hospital, Boston. She had been hospitalized the past week and had been operated on a few days ago and was getting along nicely until she developed a blot clot that resulted in death.

She had been in ill health the past several years. Her death was unexpected.

Mrs. Leuschel was born in St. Marys July 3, 1907, daughter of the late Andrew and Mary Hammer Gleixner, and was a life-long resident of this community.

She was married to Mr. Leuschel in Greensburg Feb 12, 1930. He survives as do two daughters, Mary, Mrs. John Herbstritt, and Eleanor, Mrs. Herman Klaiber Jr., of St. Marys; three grandchildren, and a brother, Clifford Gleixner of Erie.

She is also survived by a step father, Louis Schwabenbauer, and a step sister, Isabel, Mrs. Vincent J. Wolfe, both of St. Marys.

She was preceded in death by two sisters; Florence, Mrs. Fred Hepner; Rose, Mrs. Sylvester Kronenwetter,St. Marys.

The deceased belonged to the Altar Society, St. Marys Parish, and Ladies Aid, Queen of the World.

Funeral arrangements, in charge of the John J. Lynch Funeral Home, were indefinite at press time.
