Wanda Mae Vlachos, 82 of Pearland, Texas died Tuesday Nov. 11, 2008 at her home with her family by her side. She was born Feb. 22, 1926, in Rochester, Pa., to George and Eleanor Henry. She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Peter Vlachos Sr., two daughters, Colleen Eckel and her husband James of Dellroy, OH, and Judy Matranga of Pearland, Texas; sons Peter Vlachos Jr., of Stockton, Calif., and Gary Vlachos and his life partner William Behan of Sewickley. Mrs. Vlachos is preceded in death by her parents, George Henry and Eleanor Gill, stepfather Christopher Gill and Brother Richard Henry.
