Ida Katharina Ruff, 96, of North Platte, NE, died October 23, 2010, at Linden Court in North Platte. Ida was born September 13, 1914, to George Ernest and Minnie Louise Kuehn Augustin in Adams County near Kenesaw, NE.On July 15, 1940, Ida married Armin Paul Martin Ruff at Kenesaw, NE. They made their home in Grand Island, NE, until moving to North Platte in 1943. Ida was a life long member of the Lutheran Church, Missouri Synod. She had been a member of Our Redeemer Lutheran Church since 1943. She was preceded in death by her husband, Armin; her twins, Richard and Rosalyn Ruff; her parents, George and Minnie; four sisters, Alma Augustin, Agnes Augustin, Laura Nienhuerser and Clara Niemoth French; and two brothers, Leonhard Augustin and Bernhard Augustin. Funeral service will be October 29, 2010, at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church. Burial will follow in the North Platte Cemetery.
