KENTON, Aug. 9 - Final rites for Elza Lones, 55, of Silver Creek, south of here, will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Schindewolf funeral home here. The Rev. W. B. Wibbler will officiate and burial will be in Grove cemetery near Kenton.
Mr. Lones died Saturday night in San Antonio hospital following a cerebral hemorrhage which he had suffered Friday evening.
He was born in Liberty-tp, Hardin-co and had resided in that vicinity until six years ago, when he moved to the Silver Creek community. He was married in 1913 to Pearl Sanderson, who survives. He was a member of the Silver Creek Methodist church.
Besides his widow he is survived by a son, Warren, Route 3, Kenton; a brother, Orville, Kenton, and an aunt, Mrs. Israel Lones, Route 1, Ada.
