Funeral services for the late August Kosak 1020 1/2 Fifth St. killed yesterday afternoon when his motorcyle colieded with a truck in Fourth St. will be held at 8:45 am Monday from the E. A, Daley Funeral Home and at 9 am from St Thomas Catholic Church, the Rev T A O'Reilly officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery Beloit,Wi.The Rosary will be recited at the funeral home at 4 pm Sunday.
Mr Kosak is survived by his wife, former Celia Kohn, whom he married in 1927: four children Evelyn 16, August 14, Edward 12, and Nobert 10, his mother Mary Kosak,Reedsburg, Wi. and three brothers and sisters.
