Mrs. Groff was a graduate of Michigan State University and taught piano at the Barbara Collins Studio in Port Huron. She was a member of the Port Huron Music Teachers Association, The Port Huron Musical and St. Mary's Catholic Church, St. Clair.
She is survived by her husband, Bob; sons, Robert and Thomas; daughters, Ellen, Sarah and Sharon; mother, Ira Krebs; sisters, Barbara Luty, Ellen Dobratz, Jane Krebs and Kati Krebs; and brothers, Joe and Jim Krebs.
Services were in St. Mary's Catholic Church, with the Rev. Edward Ritter officiating. Arrangements were made by L. C. Friederichs and son funeral Home, St. Clair.
Memorials can be made to Prot Huron Music Teachers Association or American Cancer Society.
