JOHN REINEKE, 76, FORMER CISSNA PARK POSTMASTER, DIES
John Reineke, 76, Cissna Park, died Sunday in Carle Hospital, Urbana, after being a patient for one week. He had been in ill health for several years.
Born January 13, 1887 in Flannigan, a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Ludwig Reineke, he lived most of his life in the Cissna Par, area. He married the former Bertha Burkhart July 25, 1906 in Cissna Park. The widow survives.
Also surviving are a daughter Mrs. Clarence Roeder, Milford; son, Richard of Hopkins, MN, brothers, Charles of Lakefield, MN and Christ of Buckley; three grandchildren. He was preceded in death by three brothers, two sisters and two infant sons.
A retired barber and former postmaster in Cissna Park, he was a member of the local royal Neighbor Camp.
funeral services were at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Apostolic Christian Church and burial was in the church cemetery.

John is buried in the Apostolic Christian Cemetery, Fountain Creek Twp., Cissna Park, Illinois
