Margaret H. "Margie" Albers, nee Huelsmann, 73, of Bartelso, died Monday, March 12, 2007 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Belleville.

Mrs. Albers was born March 31, 1933 in Beckemeyer to William Sr. and Lena (Poettker) Huelsmann; they preceded her in death.

Also preceded in death by brothers, Joseph Huelsmann, Leo Huelsmann, Edwin Huelsmann; her father and mother-in-law, Henry and Cecilia (Usselmann) Albers; brothers-in-law, Ray Hempen, Al Voss, Norbert Albers, Ed Korte; sisters-in-law, Viola Huelsmann, Leona Voss, Lucille Albers.

She married Richard Albers on September 14, 1954 at St. Cecilia Catholic Church in Bartelso; he survives in Bartelso.

Margie was a homemaker. She was a member of St. Cecilia Catholic Church and Altar Sodality, and formerly a member of the Bartelso Women's Bowling League. She was an avid Card Player and enjoyed quilting.

Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be Wednesday, March 14, 2007 at 2:00 PM at St. Cecilia Catholic Church in Bartelso with Fr. Henry Fischer officiating. Interment will follow in St. Cecilia Cemetery, Bartelso
