Evi Margaret (Bassler) Riley
Evi Margaret (Bassler) Riley, 53, died Friday, Nov. 12, 2004, at her residence in Franklin.
She was born Dec. 12, 1950, in Furth, West Germany. Her parents were Ludwig and Annemarie (Pichler) Bassler. Survivors include two daughters, Vickki A. King of Franklin and Karen R. Gates of Edinburgh; two sons, Jason Riley of Franklin and Robert W. Riley of Moline, Ill.; a sister, Traudl Daum of West Germany; three brothers, Robert, Peter and Bernd Bassler, all of West Germany; and six grandchildren.
She attended schools in West Germany.
She was a member of Franklin Apostolic Gospel Church.
She enjoyed crocheting and crafts.
John M. Stephenson will conduct a service at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Vandivier-Parsley Funeral Home, 197 E. Jefferson St. in Franklin. Friends may call from 11 a.m. until service time Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Greenlawn Cemetery in Franklin.
