Regina F. (Jaksina) Krysiak, 81, of 329 Chestnut St. died yesterday in Leominster Hospital after a short illness.

Her husband, Stephen Krysiak, died in 1965. She leaves four daughters, Irene Caouette of Clinton, Elaine Syseskey of West Boylston, Barbara Arcieri of Hollis, N.H., and Joan Basilicato of Brandon, Fla.; a sister, Helen Krysiak of Leominster; 15 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and nephews and nieces. She was born in New York City, daughter of Stanley and Anna (Parzyk) Jaksina, and lived here 50 years.

Mrs. Krysiak was a member of Our Lady of Jasna Gora Church, its Sacred Heart Sodality and its Catholic Women's League.

The funeral will be held Tuesday from Robert J. McNally Funeral Home, 304 Church St., with a Mass at 10 a.m. in Our Lady of Jasna Gora Church, 124 Franklin St. Burial will be in St. John's Cemetery, Lancaster. Calling hours are 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow at the funeral home. Flowers may be sent, or memorial contributions made to the Building Fund of Our Lady of Jasna Gora Church, 124 Franklin St., Clinton, 01510.
