Walter HEGE, 85, a lifelong resident of Argos, died at 6 p.m. Monday in Parkview hospital at Plymouth. He was admitted Sunday with a heart condition. Born Nov. 4, 1878 in Argos, he was the son of Nathan and Lucretia SHORE HEGE. He never married. He was a member of the Jordan Baptist church. Mr. Hege was the last of two children; his sister, May [HEGE], died in 1943. Several cousins survive. Final rites will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in the Grossman funeral home at Argos with the Rev. Paul HALBERT officiating. Burial will be in the Argos Maple Grove cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after noon Wednesday.
