SHREVEPORT – Services for Mrs. Etelka McMullan Strauss, 97, will be held at 11:30 a.m., Friday, June 9, 1989 at Rose-Neath Marshall Street Chapel. Officiating will be the Rev. Dr. Bart Gould of the All Souls Unitarian Universalist Church. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery.
Mrs. Strauss, a resident of Shreveport since 1922, died Wednesday, June 7, 1989 in Shreveport following a brief illness. She was a member of All Souls Unitarian Universalist Church.
She is survived by her daughter, Mrs. Roselyn S. Brassell of Los Angeles, California and by a number of nieces and nephews.
