William Henry Cooper would travel in his skiff from his home in Cove through Trinity Bay into Galveston Bay and onto the city of Galveston to buy the formula for Annie. He made these trips in the last months of his life as Annie was only 10 months of age when William Henry Cooper died in 1886.
