Mrs. Lola V. Phillips, 80, widow of Lionel Phillips, died Tuesday at her home, 709 Hazeldel Ave., Minquadale, after a short illness.
She was born in Laurel. She had lived in the Minquadale area most of her life. Her husband died in 1946.
Mrs. Phillips was a member of the Brotherhood of Railroad Trainmen of Delmar.
Surviving are two sons, William, of Minquadale, and Lionel, of Glendale; two daughters, Mrs. Catherine Van Heckle, of Glendale and Mrs. Virginia Farren, of Castle Hills; a sister, Mrs. Lula Collins, of Hebron, Md.; and a half-sister, Mrs. Sarah Johnson, of Millsboro; 17 grandchildren; and 14 great grandchildren.
