Herbert Franklin Leidig, Jr., 88, died June 20, 2017. Herbert was born in East Orange, NJ to the late Herbert F. and Anna Marie Prather Leidig. He was a veteran, having retired from the US Navy as a Fire Control Technician-Senior Chief Petty Officer. Herbert was a member of St. Stephen Martyr Roman Catholic Church and enjoyed wood carving. He was predeceased by a son, Christian Leidig.
