Ruby Burden Bullock, 89, died Saturday, January 22nd at the Jewish Hospital in Shelbyville. She was a native of Ohio County, KY and a retired clerk from Logan's Dry Cleaning. She was a member of the Shelbyville First Christian Church where she had been active in the Keystone Sunday School Class, the Christian Women's Fellowship, and The Guild. She was also a member of the Friendship Homemaker's Club.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Alanzo E. Burden and Eunice Miller Burden; and her husband, Homer Lee Bullock. She is survived by her children, Rebecca Jo "Becky" Cook of Shelbyville and Donald Lee Bullock of Taft, TN; her grandchildren, Kim Knixon and Shelby Bullock of Santa Rosa Beach, FL, and Ashley Bullock and Stacey Bullock of Taft, TN; and her sister, Rae Bullock of Salisbury, NC.
Funeral: 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at the Grove Hill Cemetery Chapel with Dr. David Charlton officiating. Visitation: 5-9 p.m. Monday at the Shannon Funeral Home. Burial: Grove Hill Cemetery.
