Survivors include his wife, Juanita Hardy Charlton; a grandmother Paggie Harris of Estill County; a daughter, Allissa Paige Charlton of Estill County; a son Terry Kyle Charlton of Powell County; a sister, Melinda Hardy of Estill County; and two brothers, O.B. Charlton and Tim Charlton bother of Estill County; several nieces and nephews.
