Barbara Ralston
A private memorial service will be held March 12 in Creswell for Barbara J. Ralston of Eugene, who died Jan. 9 of age-related causes at age 81.
She was born Aug. 20, 1929, in Zumbrota, Minn., to Albert and Avis Weeks Kelm. She married Kenneth Ralston on March 13, 1948, in Steamboat Springs, Colo. He died in July 2000.
She attended high school and was a housewife.
Survivors include two daughters, Cynthia Ralston of Eugene and Linda David of Reno, Nev.; five sisters, Juanita Gilmer and Vicki Boudreaux, both of Eugene, Velda Coleman of Springfield, Lueulla Shoup of Keizer and Sylvia Kynard of Woodland, Calif.; two brothers, Harvey Kelm of Eugene and Alvin Kelm of Medford; and three grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
