Title: Clem Wulfekuhle Died Suddenly

Clem Wulfekuhle, 63, lifetime resident of Petersburg, died suddenly Thursday, Nov. 28, at his family home.
Funeral arrangements were held by the Kramer funeral home at Dyersville. The parish rosary was recited at 8 p.m. Sunday evening, Monday, Dec. 2, at 10 a.m., the Rev. David A Wheeler, pastor of St. Peter and Paul church offered the high mass of requiem, delivered the sermon, and officiated at the burial services in the church cemetery. He was assisted at the graveside services by Rev. Donald G. Peters of Worthington. Also present in the sanctuary were the Rev. Louis White of Greeley and Rev. Claude Norton of Strawberry Point.
The deceased was born at Petersburg Nov. 12, 1900, a son of the late Henry and Catherine Starman Wulfekuhle. He was united in marriage to Marie Vaske Nov 3, 1927 at Luxemburg.
He is survived by his wife; four sons, Leroy of Greeley, Jerome of Hopkinton, Lester of Strawberry Point, Wilfrid of Worthington, two daughters, Mrs. M. [unreadable] Hoffman of Luxemburg and Mrs. Don (Lavina) Drees of Manchester.
Other survivors are thirty-five grandchildren; three brothers, Henry of Wendall, Minn., William of Independence and Gregor of Dyersville; one sister, Mrs. Ray (Rose) Lammers of Dyersville.
He was preceded in death by his parents, five brothers, Conrad, Ben, [unreadable], John and Joseph.
