Cynthia A. Wells, 45 of Fond du Lac died Friday, February 9,2007 at her residence. She was born November 3, 1961 in Milwaukee the daughter of Dr. William and Ann Krocka Mateicka. She married Timothy G. Wells on August 11, 1984 at Gesu Church, Milwaukee. She was a graduate of Marquette University, Milwaukee. Cynthia worked in her husband's practice of Timothy Wells, M.D. She was a member of Holy Family Parish, frequent volunteer for FACES and St. Mary's Spring 's. She served on the board of Bravo Productions Theater. Cynthia enjoyed fishing, charities, and playing tennis.
Survivors include her husband Dr. Timothy G. Wells, Fond du Lac, two daughters, Lisa Wells, Milwaukee, and Katelyn Wells, Fond du Lac, her parents Dr. William and Ann Mateicka, Elm Grove. Cynthia is further survived by her aunt and god mother Martha Bannon, Brookfield and countless friends. She was preceded in death by paternal and maternal grandparents.

VISITATION: Friends may call on Sunday, February 11, 2007 from 4-8 P.M. at the Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. FUNERAL: A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, February 12, 2007 at 10:00 A.M. at Holy Family- Sacred Heart Church. Reverend Patrick Heppe will officiate. Burial will follow Calvary Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorials appreciated to Hospice Hope or the American Cancer Society.
