Survivors include her husband Dr. Timothy G. Wells, Fond du Lac, two daughters, Lisa Wells, Milwaukee, and Katelyn Wells, Fond du Lac, her parents Dr. William and Ann Mateicka, Elm Grove. Cynthia is further survived by her aunt and god mother Martha Bannon, Brookfield and countless friends. She was preceded in death by paternal and maternal grandparents.

VISITATION: Friends may call on Sunday, February 11, 2007 from 4-8 P.M. at the Uecker-Witt Funeral Home. FUNERAL: A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, February 12, 2007 at 10:00 A.M. at Holy Family- Sacred Heart Church. Reverend Patrick Heppe will officiate. Burial will follow Calvary Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorials appreciated to Hospice Hope or the American Cancer Society.
