MANHATTAN - Heather Rochelle Hurtig, 30, Manhattan, died Monday, April 4, 1994, at the Kansas University Medical Center, Kansas City.

Miss Hurtig was born June 14, 1963, at Concordia and grew up at Delphos. She was art director and graphic designer for University Publications at Kansas State University. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Delphos, and American Business Women's Association, Manhattan.

Survivors include her parents, Armon and Virginia Hurtig of Delphos; a brother, Kent Hurtig of McPherson; two sisters, Andrea Spear of Delphos and Yvonne Hurtig of Manhattan; and her grandparents, Lillian Hurtig and WIllard and CLara Irvine, all of Delphos.

The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Delphos First Presbyterian Church. Burial will be in Delphos Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to the Fine Arts Department at Kansas State University, American Cancer Society or the church.

Visitation will be after 9 a.m. Wednesday at the Shields Funeral Home, 405 Argyle, Minneapolis 67467.
