Survivors: son, Bob Hubka and wife Shirley of Cheyenne, Wyoming; five grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank J. and Josephine (Cerny) Horsky; husband, Joe J. Hubka; daughter, Alma; sister, Bessie Maca; and a brother, Elmer Horsky.
