He was president of the Manufacturers Association of Sweets, Preserves and Related Products, also of the Federation of Food and also secretary of the board of the Union Industrial Argentina (UIA). He was also president of Boca Juniors in 1980 and was the one who recruited player star Diego Armando Maradona.
