Josephine "Josie" Mary (Derenne) Prevost, 89, of Green Bay, went home to heaven on February 25, 2009. She was born on November 11, 1919 to the late Joe and Mary (Dantoin) Derenne in Dyckesville, WI. Josie married Arnold Prevost on June 20, 1942. The couple farmed in New Franken until their retirement. Survivors include two daughters and a son-in-law, Pat Clark, Linda (Harold) Gore; three sons and two daughters-in-law, Ken (Sandy) Prevost, Arnie Prevost Jr., Steven (Nancy) Prevost; nine grandchildren, Doug (Lori) Prevost, Scott Prevost, Jeff (Kelly) Prevost, Michelle (Kevin) Sullivan, Robyn and Shane Prevost, Stephanie, Chad, and Nathan Prevost; 5 great-grandchildren, Peyton, Gillian, Dillon, Autumn, and Justin; one brother Clem (Theresa) Derenne, two sisters, Dorothy (Gene) Mancheski, and Rosemary Derenne. She was preceded in death by her husband, Arnold; four brothers, Goldie (Ethel) Derenne, Joe (Anna) Derenne, Norris Derenne, and Walter Derenne; two sisters, Jenny (Raymond) Baudhuin and Irene (John) Holsbach. Brothers-in-law, Orbie (Mary) Prevost, Able Prevost, Fred (Pertela) Prevost, and Ronald Prevost; sisters-in-law, Mabel (Edwin) Vincent and Hazel Van Dyck. Friends may call at Proko-Wall Funeral Home, 1630 E. Mason St. from 4-8pm. Friday. Parish Wake Service 7pm Friday at the funeral home. Visitation will continue at the church Saturday from 9:30-10:30am. Mass of Christian Burial 10:30am at Holy Cross Catholic Church, 3009 Bay Settlement Rd. with Fr. Tom Hagendorf, O.Praem officiating.
