GORDON -- Poppe Alvene McCormick, 89, passed away Saturday, June 10, 2006, in Tulsa, OK. Born February 21, 1917, in LaCrosse, WI. The family moved to Tulsa in 1946, and purchased Boston Cleaners, which at the time of her death, she co-owned with her daughter, Poppe Marsha. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church of Tulsa. Survived by: her daughter, Poppe Marsha Weaver; grandson, Thad B. North, his wife, Jodie and their twin daughters, Tye and Randie North; granddaughter, Shelly Ashley and her husband, Lorin and their son, Austin; 3 nieces; and 2 nephews. Graveside service will be 1 p.m., Tuesday, June 13, 2006 at Memorial Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Grace Hospice of Tulsa, P.O. Box 33234, Tulsa, OK 74153, 918-744-7223.
