Visitation was held at Schoeneberger Funeral Home, Monday, August 1,2005 from 4-8 pm and one hour prior to the funeral service.
Agnes was born January 9, 1921 in Leaf Mountain Township, rural Urbank, MN. She was the daughter of John and Amelia (Klimek) Cichy. She attended country school and married George "Shorty" Paul on November 23, 1940 in Perham. She worked in housekeeping from 1960 until 1985 at St. James Manor and later at Perham Memorial Hospital and Home.
Agnes is survived by one son, David (Beverly) Paul, Leavenworth, KS; two daughters, Judy Keidel, Perham, MN; and Donna (Floyd) Lehman, Morris, MN; one brother, Anton "Tony" Cichy, Dent, MN; seven grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
Agnes was preceded in death by her parents; four brothers, Leo, Max Raymond and Adam; two sisters, Regina Haagenstad and Marcella Rosenthal; and one grandson, Brett Paul.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Red River Valley Hospice.
